Robert
Peretti, President and grandson of the founder, still hand blends
all of the tobacco sold by the firm. Most of the blends have
been created personally by Mr. Peretti, although some were originally
conceived by his father, Joseph, and are some of the oldest
private label tobacco blends in the United states.
We are also famous for custom blends blended to suit the
taste of individual smokers. Some of these have become regular
store blends based on their merits. One example is D-7485,
originally blended in 1933 for the Honorable Ramsay MacDonald,
former Prime Minister of Great Britain. Over the years Mr.
Peretti has created over one hundred thousand custom blends,
many of which are still ordered by satisfied pipe smokers
year after year.
Every member of our staff is thoroughly versed in the art
of pipe smoking and tobacco blending and will be happy to

We also boast the largest selection of tinned and imported tobacco in New England and certainly one of the largest in
